PrananEMF Shipping Policy
Pranan Technologies is committed to delivering your EMF protection products promptly and securely. This shipping policy outlines our current practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and other relevant details.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
- You will receive an order confirmation email (if provided) once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes (United States Only)
We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail Only domestically within the Continental United States only.
Shipping include:
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (once shipped)
Shipping Rates
- Shipping is at a flat rate, depending on the quantity/weight of items purchased.
Tracking Information
- You’ll receive tracking information via email (if provided) as soon as your order ships.
- You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account (if created) on our website.
Address Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- Pranan Technologies is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our customer service immediately -at orders@trilifehealth.com or by calling (970) 495-0999 ext. 304. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible once an order has entered processing.
Delivery Issues
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or any common package receiving areas, or check with your local Post Master.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or failure to claim, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipping fees.
Special Shipping Circumstances
Please note:
- During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
- Adverse weather conditions and carrier delays may impact delivery timeframes and are beyond our control.
- We will notify you of any significant delays in processing or delivery.
International Customers
- PrananEMF.com does not currently ship outside the United States.
